Dan Brennan founded Brennan Law Office in 2003.
His practice focuses on protecting the rights of his
consumer clients and Minnesota Lemon Law.
A native Minnesotan and graduate of the University of
Minnesota, Dan received his law degree, Magna
Cum Laude, from William Mitchell College of Law in
1998. While at William Mitchell, Dan was a member of
the William Mitchell Law Review. Following
graduation, he served as a law clerk for the Hon. Raymond L.
Erickson, United States District Court for the District of
Minnesota. At the end of his clerkship in 2000, Dan
entered private practice at Bowman and Brooke LLP and
later practiced at Fredrikson & Byron, P.A.
Dan is a member of the Minnesota State Bar
Association, Hennepin County Bar Association and National
Association of Consumer Advocates and is
licensed to practice in Minnesota state and federal courts.
